Jacqueline S. Spillman, 50, of Mishawaka, passed away on Saturday, February 14th in the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Jacqueline was born in South Bend to Paul Spillman and Diana (Hite) on February 5, 1965. Jackie was big hearted, with a contagious smile. She was a lover of any and all creatures.
Jacqueline is survived by her children; Jason Mears (Courtney Nickerson) and Erica Stull (Drew Gordy) of Elkhart. She is also survived by her mothers; Diana Hesler of Mishawaka, and Cindy Spillman of Osceola, along with 4 sisters; Jeanne Spillman of Mishawaka, Jodie (Mike) Snyder of Osceola, Heather Dudeck of Osceola, and Megan Spillman of Osceola. Jacqueline is survived by granddaughter Aubree Mears and many other loved ones including her lifelong friend Patty (Ellis) Pangallo. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Spillman on December 2, 2010.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, February 19th from 3 until 6:00 PM in the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. A service celebrating Jacqueline’s life will be at 6:00 PM in the funeral chapel, with Pastor Tom DeFries, of the St. Paul Methodist Church in Elkhart, officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to her family.
