Bonnie I. Heeter
January 22, 1933 – March 1, 2019
Bonnie I (Frick) Heeter, 86, of Osceola, Indiana, passed away at her home on Friday, March 1st, 2019, surrounded by family, following a lengthy illness. She was born in South Bend, Indiana to Earl and Minnie (Shriner) Frick who preceded her in death. On May 7th, 1949, she married her childhood sweetheart, Bob Heeter, Sr. He died July 15th, 2016. Bonnie was primarily a homemaker and also worked for a short time at Experimental Nylon. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and going to the casinos. She loved her various dogs she had over the years. She spent a lot of time riding motorcycles with her husband Bob and they visited almost all the lower 48 states, including riding twice to Las Vegas. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Connie Villwock and a son, Freddie Heeter along with a sister, June Trent, and a granddaughter Erin E. Villwock. Surviving are her children, Robert (Phyllis) Heeter Jr. of Osceola and Randy (Debra) Heeter of Mishawaka along with her brother, Jack (Sue) Frick of Elkhart. Her grandchildren, Cheri (Kris) Snook, David (Lisa) Heeter, Jared (Cori) Heeter, Juliana (Matt) Crawford, Danny Heeter, Todd Heeter, Tim Heeter, Terry Heeter, Tonya Heeter, and ten great grandchildren .
A Celebration of Life will take place at Bubb Funeral Chapel on Sunday, March 10th, 2019 at 3:00pm. Friends will be received one hour prior to the services at the funeral chapel. Burial will take place at a later date at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.
